Sam Scaffidi

Coach Sam is the founder of Project Sweat and Project Sweat Run Club. She received her B.S. in Exercise Science, is an NSCA certified Strength & Conditioning Coach and maintains UESCA and Vdot Run Coaching Certifications. Sam has 16+ years of experience coaching athletes of all levels and abilities in the gym as a strength and conditioning coach, on the bike as a SoulCycle instructor (2013-2021) and on the road as a running coach. She is passionate about helping others pursue and achieve their own holy sh*t moments!

Jenna ArndT

A former corporate attorney and 8x marathoner, Coach Jenna comes to PSRC with over a decade of experience in fitness, health and wellness. She believes in fun first when it comes to running and turns staying active into an adventure. Jenna holds certifications in running, nutrition, and cycling and also serves as the Head Trainer and VP of Fitness Programming at Swerve Fitness and a Run Coach at Sid’s Gym. She looks forward to her next big goal of taking on the Rock the Ridge 50 Mile Ultramarathon in May.
